«Studying Russian language at ENU has been very rewarding. My teacher Asmagambetova Batima Mirambaevna has made me feel comfortable to ask any question and has given me freedom to explore parts of grammar and culture that are interesting to me. Together we went on several excursions that taught me more about the culture and using language in real-world settings. The cultural knowledge I’ve learned is invaluable and can’t be replicated from a textbook alone. I reached the level of B1 (ТРКИ-1) and can understand speech and can easily have conversations in Russian. I can confidently recommend to anyone studying Russian to do so at ENU.»
